Herzog Foundation Announces New Training Site in Nashville for K-12 Christian Education Leaders

The Herzog Foundation Institute is bringing its best-in-class training events for Christian educators and leaders to Nashville, Tennessee. With its central location and vibrant infrastructure, Nashville is an ideal destination to offer the Institute’s wide array of training events and professional development opportunities for K-12 Christian education leaders from across the nation.

“Each training event offered through the Herzog Foundation Institute is our investment into leaders from K-12 Christian schools and home school organizations,” said Herzog Foundation Training Director Sadie Elliott. “Through our new Nashville training site, we will be able to reach even more people with an expansion of our transformational learning experiences designed to sustain growth in the Christian education sector.”

The Herzog Foundation hosted its first event in Nashville in February, and it was attended by 63 Christian education leaders from 17 states. The event explored the topic of spiritual formation and equipped educators to implement new practices around staff and student faith formation. This event was the first of many in Nashville as the Herzog Foundation plans to host 20 events and over 1,200 Christian education leaders in the city this year. The trainings will be held primarily at Lipscomb University’s Spark facility in downtown Nashville.

“In 2024, the Foundation is offering more training events than ever before,” said Herzog Foundation President Darrell Jones. “As we expand our training event offerings, it’s imperative that we expand our training event locations as well. Nashville is booming with growth, and we’re thrilled to have a more frequent presence in this community. We would like to thank Lipscomb University for making our Nashville training site a possibility.”

The Herzog Foundation Institute has three training series: the Leadership Development Series, the Organizational Development Series, and the Teacher Development Series. Learn more about each series and the 21 types of training events currently offered in the Institute’s 2024 Series Summaries. Registration is now open for 2024 Herzog Foundation Institute events at HerzogFoundation.Connect.Space.
