The Herzog Foundation Ambassadorship program is designed to develop young leaders professionally and provide them with tools to make a lasting impact nationwide. Each Ambassador will have the opportunity to travel the country and make valuable connections with Christian and conservative thought leaders. Ambassadors will become completely immersed in the Foundation’s programs and operations over a one-year time span.

The ideal candidate is a recent college graduate seeking leadership opportunities. Whether you just graduated, or are looking to pivot into a new field, our leadership program will give you professional development opportunities to grow your network and gain new skills. There are many issues facing the future of education in the United States, and we want to equip the next generation of leaders with the tools necessary to change that future.
What Does an Average Day Look Like?
Every day as an Ambassador looks different! When Ambassadors aren’t traveling, they are
working with our directors on each of our different initiatives. Exposure to all of the Foundation’s initiatives has been a great way for Ambassadors to develop new skills and enrich their understanding of the Foundation’s mission.
TRAVEL
Although the program is based at the Herzog Foundation headquarters in Smithville, Missouri,
our Ambassadors typically travel throughout the United States twice a month. To date, Ambassadors have traveled to Washington D.C. and 16 different states. We continue to add new destinations each month!
NETWORKING | LEADERSHIP | FELLOWSHIP
Ambassadors are exposed to numerous networking, fellowship, and leadership development
opportunities as part of the year-long program.
Our Ambassadors have had the opportunity to meet education and conservative thought leaders such as Betsy DeVos, Corey DeAngelis, Congressman Sam Graves, Senator Eric Schmitt, Riley Gaines, Enes Freedom, Uri Goldflam, Charlie Kirk, and more.
