Strategic Planning Training Retreat
June 19 @ 4:00 pm – June 21 @ 2:00 pm
If you’re dissatisfied with where you are and want to find the way forward, this bootcamp will help you build a plan and find more joy in the midst of the work.
If you are satisfied with your growth and want to sustain your school over the coming years, this bootcamp will help you identify a plan of action.
If you are just starting in leadership at your Christian school, this bootcamp will give you the foundational principles of what it takes to be a strategic organization.
It is a critical time for the advancement of Christian schools across the nation. We are entering a time where organizations are pressed; pressed for growth, pressed to defend your values, and pressed to disciple students in a competitive culture. This is no small task, and the success or failure of schools will rely heavily on your preparedness. In this bootcamp, we explore practices of effective Christian leadership that leads to long-term, sustainable health within Christian schools. We will ask strategic questions to identify:
- Who you are
- Where you are
- Where you want to go
- What milestones indicate success
- What data to look for on your way
This is an intense program with practical guidance to not only have a strategic plan but to lead a strategic organization.
Strategic planning is a route to organizational sanctification. In this educational market and cultural time, refuse to be stagnate. Come learn with peers to unleash the potential of your school.
Please only register if you can commit to this event in its entirety. You may not register in order to save a seat for someone else from your school. There will be more events in the coming months so keep an eye out on our Conferences and Events.
This is a best-in-class event accessible for Christian schools across the country. Each seat is valued at more than $2,000 and is completely covered by the Herzog Foundation as an investment in your school. The Herzog Foundation will cover all costs during the event including accommodation, meals, transportation, etc. Schools are expected to cover all travel costs to the event city.
This event is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Attendees are expected to be present for all sessions in their entirety including activities, bootcamp sessions, and meals. If you cannot make this commitment, please register for a later event. Spots are limited as events are kept small to maximize networking and 1:1 coaching.
Schools are allowed 3 seats per event. We encourage Heads of Schools, board members, and other upper administrative personnel to register. Register now before seats fill up!
